Gate Access

TO ENTER THE GATE – Use your FOB or Clicker. Use FOB reader located at Call Box. For clicker use, you may need to get close to the lift arm for operation.
TO USE THE CALL BOX AT THE MAIN GATE – Have your visitor call you by entering your three number address. For addresses with less than three numbers, enter one or two zeros before that address. The call box will hesitate for a moment and then call your cell phone on record. You will then be able to speak with the caller like a regular phone call. To open the gate for the visitor, press and hold the number "9" on your phone 3-4 times. The gate will open and your call will end.
NOTE: Be sure your phone volume is set to the maximum before answering. Calls have a maximum length of 21 seconds. No time for chit chat. If your phone does not answer unknown numbers, simply create a contact called Main Gate and add phone #321-431-0966.
EXIT GATE NOTE - Vehicle needs to be near gate to operate (4 or 5 foot).
TO USE THE POOL, REC HALL AND WOOD SHOP – Use your FOB.

NOTE TO OWNERS RENTING THEIR UNIT:

Before issuing any additional FOBS or clickers to renters, the office will need written owner approval in the form of a fax, email, mail, or hand delivery to the office. This communication must also include the renter's name. Owner's verbal authorization is also required before the renter's phone number will be installed in the call box. Please email the office at americanabookkeeper@cfl.rr.com with your approval and renter's name.

NOTE TO OWNERS WHOSE UNITS HAVE NOT BEEN OCCUPIED SINCE FEBRUARY 1, 2020:
Ameri-Cana has updated the park security system with new gates and entry readers. New key FOBS and clickers have replaced the old clickers and credit cards. You will need to contact the office at (321-255-3850) to make arrangements for getting into the park and to use the amenities.
