                 CRITERIA FOR SITE INSPECTIONS

11.21 Condition of Campsites: Neat, clean and orderly condition:
(as defined and adopted by the Board of Directors 11/17/2021)
 
Home Exterior (To include steps and porches/screen rooms):
 -No Mold/Mildew
 -No Broken Windows/Screens
 -Gutters, no growth of materials inside or falling away from roof line/ home
-Skirting
-House number 3”
- No flaking or chipping paint or blotchy in appearance
- No chalky in appearance / extremely faded exteriors
 
Landscaping:
 -No Weeds
 -Beds- No Deteriorated of Bed, no weeds inside
 
Hardscapes (includes Driveways):
 -No Weeds
 -Driveways- level (no more than 3” difference- no cracks larger than ½ inch in
width
 -Driveway- free from mold/ mildew
- No flaking or chipping paint or blotchy in appearance
 
No garbage or storage of items on campsites:
All sites must be “hurricane ready” if not on property.
 
Boat/Trailer Yard Sites: Follow the same guidelines if you have use of a space.
 
Single Exception: Ladders (must be tied down securely in back of unit or under home)
